The paradigm
We build the «I don't know»
Building a system that always answers is easy. The hard part is building one that knows when it doesn't, and says so. That is the whole thesis, and all three products come out of it.
What actually fails
A misread field does not produce an error. It produces a file that looks complete.
Nothing breaks. You find out eighteen months later, in front of an inspector, when nobody remembers where that figure came from.
So what do we sell
Not that the work does itself. That it can be checked.
Every field with the sentence it came from, the page it sits on and how confident the reading was. And where there is no certainty, a declared gap instead of a silent default nobody will ever look at.
That gap is the product. Everything else — reading, extracting, counting deadlines, sealing — is the infrastructure needed to make the gap trustworthy.
Why this is a paradigm and not a nice phrase
Because it is in the code, and you can point at it
Compliance Lab
A low risk score because we checked and a low risk score because there was no data are two different things. A dimension that could not be verified is flagged as such and never averaged in with the rest. An inspector does not care what it scores — they care why it scores that.
Bastanteo Lab
The deed says what was granted. Whether it is still in force is for the Companies Register to say. If the check could not be made, it is not presumed — it is reported. And the system never declares a power of attorney valid, because that is a legal judgement and a person signs it.
Integryty Lab
Asking for an identity you are not entitled to does not return a «no». It returns an error, because it is a question that mechanism cannot answer. The ignorance is not computed: it is built into the architecture.
And on ourselves: we do not publish an accuracy percentage. There is nothing to measure it against without choosing which documents to measure — and anyone who has run a vendor comparison knows exactly what we mean. We publish agreement across three independent readings, which is measurable.
Where it comes from
A new company. The work inside it is not.
The company was incorporated in 2026. Research and development of these products began in 2019, and we are going to market now precisely because they are finished — not to start building them.
All three exist, they work, and you can try them this week on your own documents.
Those years went into learning what the sector needs and, above all, what it would want to have on a Tuesday morning with the week's work on the desk. That is not something you find out in a meeting room: you find it out by being inside long enough to hear the same complaint many times.
And the complaint was not about features. It was about shape: everyone had been sold one piece. The OCR vendor did not touch risk scoring. The PEP-list vendor did not assemble the file. The whistleblowing vendor handed over a mailbox and left the procedure to them. Each supplier solved their fragment and left, and the time went on what sat between the fragments — re-keying, copying from one screen to another, remembering. That is where deadlines get missed, and nobody was there.
You can only declare a gap if you own the entire route. Whoever owns one segment does not know where the gap is: they know their segment worked.
Which is also why a newly incorporated company goes to market with three finished products rather than one half-built: the company is new because the work was already done, not the other way round.
What follows from it
Six rules, not six good intentions
They are checkable. If something we write breaks one of them, the thing that is wrong is the text.
1
No figure goes out without a source and a date
If we cannot say where it was measured, it does not get published.
2
No field without an anchor
If it cannot be tied to a specific sentence in the document, it is not accepted.
3
The gap is shown
Never averaged in silence, never filled with a default, never presumed.
4
Whoever signs, decides
We supply the evidence, ordered and cited. The conclusion is yours, and it should stay that way.
5
The guarantee is ours to carry
Whatever does not come out clean goes through our review before it reaches you. It is not your burden.
6
We also publish what makes us look bad
A report where everything went well is advertising. Here is the last one (in Spanish), including what we found that did not fit our own data model.
And something worth saying out loud: this costs us the occasional sale against whoever promises a higher number. We know, and it is worth it.
Check it
The short way to find out whether this is true
Send us one of your own documents. We return it with every field quoted and located, and the gaps marked where there are any. Ten minutes shows you what this page takes paragraphs to say.
